1.The tournament is open to all amateur men, being full playing members of affiliated clubs
2. The tournament committee reserves the right to accept or decline any entry without explanation.
3. Entry Fee of $95.00 must accompany each entry.
4. The rules of play will be the rules of the Royal and Ancient Golf Club, St Andrews except as varied by the local rules of the Lochiel Golf Club.
5. Play will commence at 7.30am each day.
6. Tees will be closed from 1pm Thursday 25th July for course preparation.
7. Any disputes or protests must be lodged with the tournament director or convenor immediately after completion of the round. The decision of the tournament committee is final.
8. The draw will be mailed/emailed to all entrants.
9. Electronic Measuring Devices may be used.
10. There will be 18 holes played on Friday and Saturday with the field to be cut to 55 plus ties for two rounds on Sunday. The committee has the right to extend the field if it deems necessary.
11. A field of 117 will be selected from entries received by 5pm Wednesday 17th July 2013.
