Lochiel Golf Club is one of Waikato's premier golf clubs with its beautifully manicured Championship course hosting many major golf events over the years. Lochiel Golf Club is situated just south of Hamilton City. Lochiels par 72 championship course is a commanding test of golf for players regardless of standard. At just over 6000m the strength of the course lies in its magnificent tree lined fairways making the course a great backdrop for that special function or corporate golf day.
Lochiel Golf Club enjoys an enviable reputation for the quality of its corporate golf with many groups coming back year after year. In addition to the course, our function facilities are well maintained and provide the perfect location for an after golf function and provide our clients with top quality food and service in a wonderful setting over looking the 1st, 3rd and 18th fairway.
We are there to assist with every aspect of your corporate golf day including player briefings, starting, marshalling, scoring, nearest to the pin and long drive competitions, drinks carts as well as a professional shop stocking a wide range of recognised brands, electric golf carts, hire clubs, golf tuition and prizes.
Assistance with the Running of Your Corporate Golf Day
We can provide assistance with all aspects of the day, including Format, Competitions and Rules, Special Novelty Events, Draw Construction, Registration, Introductions, Course Care, Starting, Scoring and the Presentation.
Mid-course BBQ/Drink Stop
A BBQ/drink stop mid course (at the 8th & 11th ) junction is a favorite with many corporates. We have no objection to it being manned by one of your own staff members.
Signage
Signage may be placed around the course but we ask that it be removed on the night of the tournament.
Food Requirements
We are able to cater for any of your needs. From a pre-tournament BBQ to a post full buffet dinner.
Dress Standard
With a dress standard in place, no jeans, beach shorts etc, so appreciate any assistance you may be able to give us in keeping the standard up.
