Our membership year runs from the 1 March to the 28 February. (Please note that the course can be for closed to members for corporate events during the year).

Full Playing Members |
Enjoy all of the rights (both playing and other) attaching to the membership of the Club and these members have full voting rights

Mid Week Members |
Shall have the right to play on the course on all days except Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays, or at such times as may be decided by the Board, and shall have the privileges of the Clubhouse at all times. Midweek members are entitled to play on the Clubs Opening and Prize Giving days. They shall have no voting rights. |

Junior Members |
Are persons under the age of 23 years at the 1st April who are accepted by the Board for this class of membership. The Board at its discretion may extend junior membership beyond the age of 23 years for full time students on receipt of a written application.Junior Members shall have no voting rights. Only junior members who have a handicap and who are approved by the Golf Committee shall be entitled to enter into any Club competition |

Non Playing Members |
If you do not wish to play golf, but wish to retain membership of the Club and you are accepted by the Board for this class of membership then you can apply to be a Non Playing Member. As such you may use the Club facilities, but shall have no voting rights, and no playing rights including use of the practice fairway without the payment of greenfees. Non Playing members shall be entitled to play on Opening Day and Prize Giving Day and on two other occasions during the year without payment of Greenfees. |

Daylight Saving Members |
Shall be entitled to play between such dates as shall be decided by the Board and if accepted by the Board for this class of membership you shall be entitled to the full use of the Club House facilities. Summer members may apply to the handicapper for a limited handicap which can only be used in those Lochiel Golf Club Competitions specified by the Golf Committee. Summer members shall have no voting rights and are not eligible to be Officers of the Club. Fee to be set annually by the Board at the August Board Meeting. |

Country Membership |
If your principal place of residence is fifty kilometers (50) or more from the Club and you are accepted by the Board for this class of membership. Non Residential Members shall have the rights and privileges of full playing members, except that they shall not be permitted to play in Championship, or Trophy events. They shall have no voting rights

Nine Hole Members |
If you are accepted by the Board to this class of membership you shall be entitled to the full use of the Club House, and to play on such days and times as decided by the Board, but shall not be entitled to any other privileges. Nine hole members can only play nine holes in a single day should they play eighteen they will be required to pay a full greenfee. A discount may apply from time to time. They shall have no voting rights
